MITERYA is a software system that enables to detect structural individual differences and monitor individual development. It detects students' structural individual differences on the basis of temperament and mental ability. It follows the development of these differences through personality, social skills, values, global and universal life skills parameters and mental ability.

The Miterya Approach
Based on the scientifically proven Nine Type Temperament Model; it offers effective and easily applicable methods in education. It guides students to reveal their positive potentials and to gain the characteristics they do not have synthetically/edimensionally.
As a result of the temperament test, it identifies the structural individual differences of the user and provides detailed reports to reveal their potential. It determines the strengths and weaknesses of the person, stress and relaxation situations and behavioural characteristics in stress and relaxation situations. At the same time, it reveals the reflections of the temperament type on family, social and school life, guiding tips on personal, educational and vocational guidance and suggestions for the implementation of families.
It was created to discover students' individual mental abilities and to support the balanced development of the mind in accordance with individual differences. Academic Guidance includes reports on the student's age-appropriate school recognition and adaptation process, the type of classroom environment they are looking for and their learning processes. Vocational Guidance includes reports that present students' "talents", "areas they are prone to", "areas they can direct their interests to" and how/with what motivation they can gain "skills". In addition, this module also includes Student Counseling Lists and Parent Meeting Sections, as well as a very practical and organized follow-up system.
